  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the accounting department
  • Maintain and oversee costing and pricing
  • Propose business process improvements that result in either time-savings or cost reductions
  • Identify issues and recommend solutions or elevate to manager for discussion and resolution
  • Preparing the monthly management report deliverables;



  • University degree in Finance or Accounting with correlated practice certifications
  • Bilingualism is a great asset (french/english).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • ERP experience;
  • Knowledge of financial controls and Costing experience;
  • Strong innovative thinking skills; analytical skills; leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of external reporting processes;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management within the organization;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Drive for process improvement;
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work closely in a team environment as well as individually
