We are seeking to hire a Vice President Finance who will report directly to the Executive Vice President and CFO. The initial challenge for this position is to garner a quick comprehension of the business and the industry in which it operates in order to properly prepare for continued and impending growth. The individual must be able to hit the ground running in order to maintain continuity in the reporting processes and to deliver tangible input and value to a lean management team. Working in a young and dynamic organization it will be imperative for this autonomous individual to develop and nurture a strong team that will rise to the challenges of an ever changing and evolving environment. Given the propensity for growth, the candidate must be able to help drive creative financing of the business as it expands. Additionally, the individual will be a significant player in facilitating merger and acquisition activities that will expand the scope of the company. Ultimately, the position must provide the Executive VP and CFO with high quality and reliable financial information, and its supporting analysis, which will facilitate the decision-making processes of the management team.

The ideal candidate will be a bilingual accounting and finance professional who has proven abilities to work independently and as part of a team. In addition to strong technical skills, the individual must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that will be necessary in an organization focused on delivering value to all of its stakeholders including customers, employees and shareholders. Operating within a relatively lean finance structure, the individual must be able to elevate the quality of the human resources within the department on a continuous basis in order to provide a structure that will be prepared to accommodate rapid growth and provide for succession at all levels. This organized individual will be forward planning in their efforts to mentor and develop leaders from within their team. Motivated, confident and mature, this entrepreneurial individual will thrive on the opportunity to learn and understand the underlying business issues with a view to providing the management team with a more complete and thorough review of its total business operations.
